La Porte Girls Water Polo Team have officially earned the title BI-DISTRICT CAHMPIONS! Lady Dogs played Nimitz High School. Nimitz finished second in their district. La Porte finished third.
 
During the first quarter it all LaPorte scoring 7 goals on 6 assists. Freshman Natalie Chavez scored 3 goals, Senior Gabriella Kirk scored 3 goals, and Sophomore Adilyn Smith Score 1 goals. Also, during the quarter Gabriella Kirk stole the ball twice and had one assist. Adilyn Smith also had 2 assists, Sophomore Amelie Mastan had two assists, and Senior Kayla Juarez had on assist. Senior Goalie Lillian Woolard had one block and Natalie Chavez had 2 blocks. During second quarter, the Bulldogs added 4 more goals from Natalie Chavez, who scored twice and Freshman Mika Morales and Senior Daisy Sanchez had one goal each. Two seniors lead the way in assist in the second quarter from Gabriella Kirk and Kayla Juarez. Lillian, Gabriella, and Mika all added one block. Bulldogs lead 11-2 going into Halftime.
 
The start of the third quarter, five more goals were added to the Bulldogs lead. Sophomore Amelie Mastan, Junior Alexandra Pilkerton, and Freshman Mika Morales all had one goal. Senior Kayla Juarez had two goals. Kayla also added a steal. Assists came from Junior Isabella Huerta and Amelie Mastan, Lillian added 3 more blocks. The final quarter, Coach Stewart swapped out the goal and put Natalie Chavez in as goalie and Lillian Woolard to play the field. During her time, not playing goalie, Lillian was able to score her first goal of the season. Natalie Chavez recorded two blocks as her first time playing goalie. Gabriella also scored a goal. The final score was LaPorte 17, Nimitz 8
